Air2Energy Pty Ltd ("Air2Energy", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through air2energy.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, plus basic technical information that any website receives.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to our updates, we collect your email address.
- Emails you send us. If you contact the founders by email, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
- Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting and font providers receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
How we use it
- To send you our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To reply to your enquiries and follow up on investment, partnership or pilot conversations.
- To keep the website running securely.
We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent, unless the law requires or allows it.
Services we use
We rely on a small number of trusted providers. Some of them store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it appropriately.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Air2Energy does not set any cookies of its own.
The only cookies on this site come from YouTube, which hosts the explainer video on our home page. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which limits the information YouTube stores. YouTube may still use cookies or similar technologies to play the video, remember your preferences and measure viewing.

Managing cookies: you can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. You can view our cookie notice again from Cookie settings in the footer of our home page.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and we will remove your email address on request.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
